Fees

I have been contacting the school for the past three weeks trying to get them to process my payments. Til' this day it has not been done. I sent over 20 tickets to the school, I even sent copies of the proof of payment over ten times to *** and still no response. I was told that the payments take 4-5 days to be processed but please explain to me how it has been three weeks already and nothing has been done? I expressed to the school that I used the incorrect reference and they told me they would correct it. I went to the Pretoria campus today and still no one has helped me, they told me the same thing you guys have told me for 3 weeks now. I was contacted on Monday about my registration fee and the lady said she'll ask you guys to process my payments, but still no feedback.I cannot register if my payments have not been processed.
