fed up

Hi, I have app**** in February to study higher certificate in office administration but to date im still not attending classes, ever time when I called the college they told me to get back to me and I also send several emails. Then last month(may) Ester Rakalala sent me an email saying that I must come in June to register for second semester so on the 04 June 2015 I went there, then she told me that they are no longer taking students so I must come back to study next year and that my application was approved a long time ago but she didn't see it. They wasted my time and money always calling and sending them emails, how can a person not take her job seriously. I'm so fed up with this college cause they wasted my time
