Failure to submit my academic results after a week

I'm a shortlisted IT learnership candidate by the city of Johannesburg and Microsoft. This was after I passed 2 assessments I was called in to write.<br> <br> When I got at Rosebank College on Monday morning, since College Campus is now under them, to my arrival I told the receptionist - Lizzy, that I was there for my results for year 2005 .<br> <br> She said the server was down but I should leave her my details and she'll give it to her branch administrator - Sandisiwe Ntshalintshali. I went again later in the afternoon and still the same - the server was still down. <br> <br> As I had Ntshalintshali's email address I sent her an email the very Monday, which she responded on Tuesday when the server was up and running. To her responses from Monday till Wednesday she said that the system from which to retrieve my results is down and she can't give me a turn around time as this is an external issue. <br> <br> To this moment I haven't received my results. What really annoys me is that yesterday she did not communicate with me and I'm suppose to sit patiently as she's asked until she sorts this system issue. I don't have the time as coj and Microsoft need my results. If my application fails I'll blame Ntshalintshal
