Extremely Frustrated – No Assistance and No Results Showing.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Rosebank College. I have logged multiple tickets regarding a serious issue with my student portal, and I still have not received proper assistance. My second semester results are not showing at all because the three modules I was registered for Business Management 3B, Research Practice, and Work Integrated Learning, are not even loaded on my results page. There is nothing displayed under my results for these modules.

Every response I received to my previous tickets was the same generic message: “Results are being reviewed.” This shows that nobody is actually reading or addressing my issue, because my problem is not about marks being released, it’s that the modules themselves are missing from my results portal entirely.

It is now December, and other students in my class already have access to their marks. I am the only one still waiting, without any communication or explanation. The tickets I logged on Tuesday have not been responded to, and I have received no calls or follow-up from the institution.

This is not the first time I have had problems with administration at Rosebank College, and the lack of accountability and proper support is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I simply want my issue resolved, my modules loaded correctly, and access to my results like everyone else. I expect urgent feedback and proper assistance, not automated responses, excuses, or delays.
