Excellent library service

Thembelihle Mthethwa assisted me with my Human Resource Assignment and the way she welcomed me was very nice and warm. She helped me with so much kindness and patience as she went through the whole assignment with me, making me realise my mistakes and helping me correct them. She did not only help me correct those mistakes but she also explained what i need to do in future in order to avoid making those mistakes again. She is very passionate about her work and also cares about the students because she creates a safe environment for the student not only understand but also feel free to ask questions. In addition she offered to review my assignment twice before i submit and that made me feel very happy and secured knowing that there is someone who really is willing to help me to such an extent. Thembelihle Mthethwa is very intelligent and has exceptional communication skills, as a result i was able to obtain 99% in my assignment with all her help and the knowledge i gained from her.
