Excellent customer service from Londiwe Nkabinde

I am a former student from Rosebank College. My graduation was this year and I graduated top of my class. Top achieving students received awards at the graduation, however because I wasn't present at the graduation ceremony I did not collect my awards that day. Which meant I had to collect them at the school. Because I wasn't sure which awards were awarded to me , I had to enquire first with those who were present. I sent miss Nkabinde an email explaining the situation, within a few hours she sent me an email requesting my names, student number and contact details. The following day she called to enquire more and give me the information I needed, and she also made arrangements for me to get the awards from school. With regards to her service, I have nothing to complain about. She was patient with me, polite and helpful. She even called a few days later after I had collected my awards from the school to ask if everything went well. I really appreciates her efforts.
