I must admit that I was really irritated as I described my issue, but as soon as I remained silent and gave her time to speak, she really calmed me by telling me that there was a solution and providing a timeline for when it would be finished. I received great customer service from Rainy, who also gave me feedback over the phone and over email. You have a wonderful employee there. Thank you, Rainy.
