Error on Certificate
Rosebank college braamfontein campus: I registered for a higher certificate in business management and completed it in the year 2020. Then in 2021 we didn’t have a graduation ceremony due to covid19. I’ve been logging tickets for my uncollected certificate for years and finally this year(2025) they respond after my brother wrote a hellopeter review…the certificate was delivered to our home but with an error on the date of completion (2022 instead of 2020) I even attached my academic transcript that clearly shows my year of completion (2020) In 2022 I was with another institution (varsity college) doing my 2nd year. Now I get a response that they can’t fix it due to their NRL system. I’ve been going back and forth with them, I spoke to RC assist but still no luck, I then spoke to the head of academics and she’s telling me about how they can’t fix it because their system i shows that I completed in 2022. This is affecting me in regards to my job applications.
