Employee of the month recommendation and Amazing assistance

I received assistance from Ms Sharon Masemola (client services) after months of trying to solve the issue she assisted me in just a few hours. If it wasnt for her I wouldn't be graduating. Not only that, she also called to check in and congratulate me on my marks. She is amazing and as a thank you to her, I would like to recommend her for employee of the month.
