Dissatisfied with the lack of response

Dear Rosebank College Management, I an reaching out to the RC social media platforms as it seems that is the only way to receive a response from the institution.

I have been sending emails to Ms. Tryphina Kekana and Winstonia Boesak to get an update. However, it would seem they are extremely busy to provide a response. Communication was sent pertaining to the GCRA students being either refunded for the book allowance and laptop allowance. Ms. Kekana sent me an email on the 26th August 2025 asking to be given time to investigate the process.

No formal response has been received to stipulate the way forward, I sent a follow-up email on the 2nd September 2025 no response was provided. Another follow-up email was sent today at 08:00am, still no response or acknowledgement has been sent back. Therefore, I humbly request for the matter to be escalated as the students are again left frustrated. They were informed payment was going to be made last week Friday. It was changed to Monday the 08th September 2025. No plan of action has been communicated with time lines to respect the students concerned.

I understand they might be tired of dealing with the GCRA saga, but unfortunately our kids chose to enrol with Rosebank College as it is one of the best institutions in the country. Therefore, your swift intervention to this matter would be appreciated.

This message is by no means to bring anyone's names into disrepute however to get a valid response with timeliness. As always I appreciate the support provided by Ms. Tryphina Kekana and Ms. Winstonia Boesak
