*********, Disorganised, and Stressful: Poor Support for a First-Year Student

As a first-year education student, I expected proper support and guidance during my practicals especially since this was my first real exposure to the teaching environment. Unfortunately, my experience with Rosebank was deeply disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.

The first supervisor assigned to me offered to *****ulently sign off my practical documents without ever observing my work something that is completely ********* and unacceptable in any academic institution. After I reported this, I was reassigned to a second supervisor, but the problems continued.

The second supervisor was unreliable, constantly postponed our meetings, and unexpectedly changed our communication method without reason. This lack of consistency and accountability made it extremely difficult to complete my practical requirements.

As a result, I had to reschedule an observation with my mentor teacher two weeks after the practicals had officially ended. I even missed a scheduled class trying to make that happen something that could have been avoided with proper supervision.

This whole experience has caused me unnecessary stress, negatively affected my sleep, and impacted my studies. Rosebank needs to take serious action to ensure that students, especially first-years receive ethical, reliable, and professional support during their practical training.
