Disgusting student/customer care

Most frustrating institution, no one knows what is going on, the process timing is absolutely horrible, my matter has been thrown to numerous amounts of people and not one of them can assist me. I am a registered student but I am waiting forever just for a confirmation letter!!!

Horrifying experience, wouldn't recommend this institution.
