Disgusting Service from Rosebank

I registered for first semester on the 11 March and finalized on the 28th March assisted by a lady called Khanyisa Ngovu. She told me to upload my proof of payment however she didn't know where on my student portal to load the p.o.p. I have logged on to the stassy portal numerous times and battled uploading my prood of payment and could not see the option to load my modules.On the 4th April after numerous attempts of calling Khanyisa I finally spoke to Hlengiwe who is at online who advised me that I was late to select my modules and can only start studying semester two I'm so upset because I had to sacrifice other commitments ti pay this R4000 only to be told that I will start studying the second semester. I'm a first time student who doesn't know her way around and now I've been told that I can't study first semester.No one told me that there's a deadline for selection of modules .I'm appaled by this service as no one has been answering my emails. On the 7th April I sent an email to smasemola and smunsami with hopes to get this resolved as its taking a tall on my health.I didnt get acknowledgement on the email and still till today I have not received any feedback. I have paid a total of R4000 to Rosebank and am not receiving any assistance. I need a resolution to this matter urgently as I am not willing to register for the second semester when in actual fact I registered for first semester . Your staff members don't care about students especially after payment has been made. I even wrote a comment on Twitter and no one has even bothered to respond.Khanyisa should have advised me not to pay my money , I would have accepted her honesty had she told me then unlike waiting for me to pay so much money of to get a big slap on my face. Rosebank just doesn't care , im so disappointed. I just want my money to be refunded at this point and if I have to go to the media I will do exactly that. You guys have no regard for your student , absolutely appaling!!
