Disgusted Parent

I am very disappointed with you guys, I app**** for my younger brother then someone called to ask me to pay registration fee, she said instructions are on the mail but there is nothing there. When I call the campus I either be dropped or transferred. All I want to know is what to is the next step, where do I pay registration fee and after that what is next.
