Disgusted, disappointing and terrible services

I am so sad to say that a college as this is disgraceful with their assistance and service. I initially app**** for the PGCE course with 1 guy helping. I had his WhatsApp number for Rosebank to send all relevant queries and documents. However it took 3 weeks for him to process it only to find out 1 month later that my application was submitted to the online department for this course. I then asked for their help with the registration process and modules for selection. 1 week went and still no assistance. Finally a online student advisor said my desired modules accounting and English was not given to online students and that was a limited range as I have a Bcom degree and honors. I accepted and picked what was given after 2 weeks of no answered calls or emails and torture. Today is the 05th of February I've been trying to call an email the online student advisor who spoke in a very very harsh tone telling me i will not be liaising with her anymore and she will email me the relevant emails which to now I have no received. There is a missing module and it is still not allocated after a lengthy discussion and abrupt conversation from her yesterday. I now sent another email and waited 1hour on the call for her which to the end said she isn't by her desk. I am disgusted at this service, false information and Lies that is given to you when you need it for a career. I am blady hell dissapointed as I even took my mother who has cancer and can't walk to the campus and no one assisted I got sent home in 5 minutes after waiting 1 hour there. No one seems to even care or want to help. They have an attitude problem and they don't even have the right information. I will never recommend anyone that wants to go achieve something to go here because they no help with anything at all. I am so frustrated has i hold a degree and my honors and never had this problem at all. I don't know if they just want the money and let students just lay there without nothing or what do they want to achieve.
