Disappointing Service at Rosebank College

I am so disappointed in Rosebank College. Their customer service is so poor that they can not even process a transfer of students from one campus to another. My son requested a transfer from Sunnyside to the Braamfontein campus on 10 February 2022 to date the transfer has not been done. The unprofessionalism of their administrators is worse. They do not know their job they keep on making mistakes on one thing. My son still cannot log on to their student portal due to the failure to transfer him and register him. It is pathetic ad disappointing to deal with an institution that you trusted before. Now Rosebank is in shambles. I do not know if is because of the top management or failure of implementing the new system. Their staff is worse. Is as if they are not working in the same company. They always give wrong and different information
