Disappointed in Rosebank College Braamfontein

I am really disappointed that I have ever decided to study at Rosebank college they state that The IIE’s Rosebank College creates the ideal environment for lifelong learning. yet I have not had any environment were I feet that I want to study there.

first thing is the lecturers are not really the caring type they are only there to gain a salary not to help their students, they feel that they give you enough time to do something and don't care weather you have missed anything for whatever your reason may be.

secondly when you miss a deadline on anything you submit weather you have a valid reason or not they are not willing to assist you with the matter, their will always be something in their policy not allowing you to resubmit.

third thing that made me doubt this college is the fact that given a valid reason I was declined the opportunity to resubmit two tests. one due to the fact that I am not a part time student, (Because only part time students are allowed to have the excuse of a work related matter). and the other the fact that I did not have an internet connection on the day but was able to submit the next.

I started studding at Rosebank College Braamfontein this year, given everything that has happened over the past few moths I have decided to keep studding online as it was safer for me and a better alternative as I did not have the funds to study at campus anymore ( I could not afford to pay for accommodation in Braamfontein and had to move back to my parents) yet everything that was done with the first semester has changed with the second semester. in the fist semester we had more than enough time to submit all assignment, task and tests, everything had the same deadline and we had the opportunity to resubmit if we made mistakes were as to our second semester everything had a specific deadline and there are no resubmissions. As a student that now has to study and work so that you are able to pay expenses you did not have before, it is not always possible to ensure that everything is submitted on time, yet you are not given a second chance to ensure that you complete a module.

What disappoints me most about Rosebank College is that they claim to be the coolest college, yet they refuse to help a student with valid reasons.
