Disappointed Graduate

I am not happy with rosebank college. I graduated in 2007 from the braamfontein campus and my tuition fees has been paid up in full but they act as if i own them. Last year september i app**** in unisa to further my studies and they asked for my academic transcripts for the diploma i got from rosebank college, so that my application could be processed. I called rosebank college and was transferred from pillar to post, i even went to the campus but no one was willing to assist instead i was told about a certain tankiso that is on leave. I spoke to palesa who called sbongile and i was told that they will be sent to my email in a week or 2, zanele said that she will give david a message and he will call me back, and prudence said that she will take the matter to the correct department but i still have not received my results and i feel like wrong people are hired to be there. Someone is not doing their job and i can not wait for 6 months to get a response regarding my academic transcripts. I am disappointed in rosebank college with their poor service.
