Disappointed

I registered my son for a first year course, submitted all the documents and paid the registration fee, i made a mistake and included the first months tuition. I have been trying get get a feedback whether the application has been received, the phone and n Braamfonten rings until I hung up.. what's up it's robot operated. I don't know whether my child has a school or I have to keep looking nobody is coming back to us
