Despondent student

Words are failing me, i have been requesting for an invoice since October 2020. I have received a statement, which cannot be used to make payment. I eventually got an invoice with amounts different then the statement. I've been struggling since just to get this corrected. I need to apply for my degree (It won't be with Rosebank) and can't do that because i do not know if my hard work payed off or not... dismayed student
