Deserve No star at all

First I wish there was a Zero star when it comes to reviewing, since the beginning of the year it was a disaster, this school has been the worst, am still waiting for first semester results, I logged a ticket, sent emails to various people, some don't even respond , those that responded sent me instructions on how to view them, I tell them am not struggling to view results, the results are incomplete, they didn't capture exam results. Supplementary date even passed with me not knowing if I had passed or not, I really want to cancel but I know I won't be refunded, worst nightmare ever.
