Delaying with our allowances
I'm extremely disappointed with the way Rosebank college is managing our GCRA funding they've been delaying paying our accommodation allowances and now they're taking 20% out of our book allowances which we haven't even received yet and they haven't communicated with us about any of this the person handling our finances is Winstonia and Tryphina.
