Delay in Issuing Letter of Completion

I am writing to formally escalate my dissatisfaction regarding the continued failure to issue my letter of completion for my B.Ed degree, despite having fully completed all academic and administrative requirements. A ticket was logged five days ago, yet there has been no response, progress update, or resolution. This lack of communication and action is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary delays in my professional journey.

The ongoing absence of my letter of completion has effectively stalled my SACE registration and is directly preventing me from applying for and securing teaching posts. As a result, I am losing employment opportunities through no fault of my own. After the considerable time, effort, and financial commitment invested in completing my qualification, this situation is both distressing and deeply frustrating. I expect this matter to be treated with urgency and resolved without further delay.
