Delay in Graduation Confirmation

I find it highly inept for an institution to fail and take over 3 weeks to provide a confirmation of graduation/completion of degree that is critical to finalize the student’s postgraduate application and admission process.

We have been to pillar to pillar trying to get this wrapped up and now being told these will only be available 10 February 2025, when the academic year has started, and enrolments closed off, what is this....dark ages that it takes over a day to generate a letter that is part of the academic process

1. Surely by end Dec 2024 the institution was well aware of who had passed of failed and in this day and age preparation of documentation does not take more than a 2/3 days 2. Why is it taking so long?

We need this graduation letter by this pronto as this gross violation of the individual’s right to access to the documentation due to them and required to fulfil further studies. This is tantamount to being held hostage by Rosebank College and is not it.

So much for a learner/alumni experience - at this rate forget progressing to being a credible/reputable institution.
