Dean Exam
I started studying my BBA degree in 2016 as a campus part time student at Braamfontein campus, I then stopped for few years. I returned in 2024 to complete the degree, however this time I enrolled as an Online student. I had 5 modules remaining, I have passed 4 and got FES for one module, I app**** for Dean exam now for the one module. And I was told I need to contact the old campus to get the transcript, I contacted the Braamfontein campus however no one has been able to assist me because they are saying my old student number is from the old system and they don't see my transcript.
My dean exam application is now rejected because I am not able to provide the transcript. I do not understand why this is put on me to struggle to find transcript as I studied at Rosebank College, the only difference is I started as a part time student and now I am an online student. And when I came back they had to obtain my transcript to see which modules are remaining so I can be registered for 2024, but now no one is able to find the transcript for some reason.
This is very frustrating. I do not know what else I need to do to be assisted.

I would like to confirm that the campus has contacted me, and the lady that contacted me said she will get back to me today with the way forward, but she did not contact me today.
And although I think the lady who contacted me yesterday was helpful in explaining the situation. I am disappointed that I find myself in this position in the first place because when I came back, I asked that they check for me how may modules I still have to complete and that they should register all of them for me in 2024 as I wanted to complete everything in 2024. I was told that I had 5 modules remaining, and they registered all the 5 modules for me. So to only find out now that there is another module that I have to complete is very disappointing.
I will await to hear from the campus on the way forward as promised.
