Daylight ******* this college! **** **** ****!

I was super excited and looking forward to study with the college and TJ a student advisor was the best and helped me with everything and even go beyond expectation and I was happy and impressed. Little did I know things will turn around to be this bad! All I can say if you know what is good for you do not apply to Rosebank College Braamfontein it is night mare! I app**** for teaching and paid my fees even before the registrations are opened right. I got a full-time job so I went to the Campus to request to study online and I was told intermediate phase is not offered online okay cool then I requested for my refund guess what? They charged me penalty fee of 15 %???! Remember I am not yet a student in the college, I was going to do my first year in 2024, I therefore asked them it's penalty for what they couldn't answer me! The next thing they called and said they will refund me in full jikijiki no they will not because there are not enough reason to refund me. I paid R21450 and they charge me a penalty fee of almost R7000 neither am I a student or even have any paperwork that O have signed for this so much charges! If you don't want headache avoid this school because they are just a ****! The lady from finance Mahlahle Mabaso is a nightmare apparently she from head office finance department. My mistake was to make a payment which I thought I was doing the right thing because I was certain that this is going to be my school for 2024. I should have made payments in 2024 not now because now am being charged for what I don't understand!!! I mean R7000 for what? They can't even tell me the reason for this deduction! I don't have even modules or even registered as their student I am still an Applicant! I want my money if this message can reach the signatories as Mahlahle told me that the signatories do not want to make refund because of lack of reasons I don't know which more reasons they need since September waiting for my refund they only paid me R14000 and held the 15% now its November going back and forth!
