Cynthia Jembula, a star.

After a bit of a run around from one agent to the next Cynthia Jembula offered her help to cancel a registration with the institution which I had not approved. She cancelled it all in less than 10 mins on the 25th of July 2023 around 09:02. Thanks to Cynthia Jembula I cannot be asked to pay fees as I had not approved the registration or attended any classes at the institution.
