Customer Service (Proof of registration)

I would like to specially give thanks to Ms Mziwentombi Jikijela from Nelson Mandela Bay campus (IIE Rosebank College) in assisting me to aquire my Proof of Registration after encountering difficulties due to the fact of being an Online/Part-Time Student. She went beyond her capacity even though she is designated to assist on campus students only. May her collegues and everyone at large in the institution portray such an attitude.
