Mziwentombi Jikijela is an awesome and amazing asset to roseb college, eager to assist students with every query without wasting time nor resources. I went to her on Wednesday to inquire about my results that were not showing and she immediately sent me a detailed email with supporting documents. Moreover, when she is unable to help, she quickly recommends someone and contact the person, letting him or her know I am coming. For example, on Wednesday I also inquired about the Tshikululu bursary and she recommended me to Alwaba immediately as she was unable to assist me. 10/10 customer service
