Customer service Chosen Nyagi

I went to client service today (07/07) and I was assisted by Mr Chosen Nyagi. I went there with regards to my first year transcript. My transcript had two of my module results that were not credited. My modules were credited and my transcript was fixed. I am happy with Mr Nyagi’s service. He is very patient and he’s a very good listener.
