I went to the client service today and was helped by Dorah monaise , I wanted a print out of my semester one results for bursary application and they couldn't print them out without undergoing some specific procedure . She was patient with me and I'm glad to say I got what I wanted and was happy to be helped by her we need more people like her she is the best
