At first I app**** to a Higher Certificate in capetown, and since there was a lot of friction in the process , we decided to request for help in the Mbombela Campus , since I'm from Maputo, Mozambique ,and they are close to each other. There I met Mr.Siboniso Mbuyazi , he was kind and eager to help me , fami****izing with my situation he straight away started to assist me with my Capetown application, and even when I went back to Maputo he would call to keep me posted. However , his professionalism was more outstanding when my application to RC Capetown was rejected due to student overload, he didn't give up on my case and, gave me an other option , which was to continue my application in the Mbomble Campus , which as of now it has been successful until now. As an international student I still had alot of issues ,one regarding my visa ,I would always email him and get around his back ,yet he was always calm and eager to help , he would always reply to my emails on critical time, he would always treat my situation with patience, to a point were even my father wanted to take him for dinner, as funny as it sounds it true ,because he helped us alot , we had been through many universities in South Africa , and only thanks to Siboniso Mbuyazi my application was easy and simple.This is why I gave a 5-star review. The service was impecable!
