I was at campus to consult about my bmng5122 not reflecting on my Arc. MR Isaac Maswanganyi assisted me so well. He checked my enrollment and noticed it was not included. He managed to log a ticket and he was so helpful. I believe it will be resolved soon. He escalated and he done all this thing I required. Thank you Mr Isaac Maswanganyi.
