Credo not proactive
I just want to find out why are you still using Credo books if they can't deliver , how can students write assignments with no books ??? we paid a lot of money now we must beg for what is due please<br> I'm starting to regret why I send my son there . Rosebank is a private Institution and we expert better treatment especially with fees shooting the roof . I dont see my son going back there next year.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, however we are unable to respond on behalf of Credo as they are an external service provider.
We do not have access to information regarding the relationship between the student and Credo and therefore are unable to determine what the cause of the delay is.
The Credo number is available to all students on campus for students to contact and escalate directly to Credo should they experience delivery or service issues.

I said to you to hand me over because i was behind with payments and my son is no longer studying there which you did , your debt collection agency they are rude to the core please tell them to call me when they've learn some manners to arrange and pay and they must tell you how much i am willing to pay and not force me they call and i drop calls because the person who called me is dying of commission
