Contract cancelation - Refund

How long does Rosebank college take to escalate matters and give people their refunds? Since last week I requested a contract cancelation but still no one from campus has made contact regarding that. I've called and sent emails to get help but I'm not getting a response. What a poor service, I want my money back!!!
