Completion Letter

I have submitted all documents and passed my modules but still did not get my completion letter. I have been logging tickets but still I do not get response. I can’t apply for a job because it requires a completion letter. I am being delayed as time is moving and I’m sitting at home doing nothing because of the completion letter.

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service of Rosebank College. I have logged multiple tickets but still did not get a response even when calling them. This is unacceptable and of poor service. I am still waiting for my completion letter. I am disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communication and empty promises from Rosebank College.
I hope you resolve this matter urgently so.
