Completion Letter Delay.

I’ve been trying for a week to get my qualification completion letter, I’ve logged a ticket and got an email that stated I should have received it by the 15th of February and today is the 22nd. It’s an urgent situation as my app**** job relies on it. Please assist ST***3 from Pretoria CBD campus.
