Completion letter

As long as my issue is not resolved I will not stop complaining.I payed Rosebank college what was due to them,I even went there on Saturday the 7th Feb to collect PROOF OF COMPLITION.The person I spoke with told me and showed me on their screen everything will be sent to students email by Monday the 10th February.Must I be complaining Ka this institution every month. We really need that letter please ,time is really not on our side I mean such a big institution ,such sloppy work.Koore motho must always run to hello Peter because Lona lea tlholega. Rosebank College can we please part ways. What makes me this angry is on the 31/12/2024 I was sent an invoice that I owe R9300,after I payed that amount you again sent another invoice claiming I owe you R3300,56 ,which I AGAIN payed..What nonsense is this??
