Completion Letter
Undelivered promise for completion letter.
I am disappointed with the service I’m receiving from Rosebank College , considering the fact that I’ve been a loyal student for 5years at the institution.. I have taken all the procedures that I know of to acquire my completion letter as urgent as possible because I have a job interview coming up. The institution promised to release them on the 12 January but to our disappointment nothing was released , with no form of communication from the institution too. I have logged about 3 tickets regarding this matter and no-one has communicated back to me. There is no form of communication and support whatsoever , as former students we are missing out on job opportunities because of the lack of the completion letter.
Can this matter please be attended too and addressed with urgency and the letter be provided ASAP.
