Completion letter
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Rosebank College. Last year, our Programme Coordinator (PC) promised that our completion letters would be issued on 14th January. The date came and passed, and when I called the school, they claimed they had no knowledge of this promise and told me to log a ticket on IIE Assist.
I've logged multiple tickets, but received no response. To make matters worse, they're now not picking up my calls. This is unacceptable. I'm still waiting for my completion letter and feeling frustrated with the lack of communication and support.
Rosebank College, I urge you to take immediate action and provide the completion letter as promised. I'm counting on you to resolve this issue ASAP.
