Complaint student

Hi, I'm writing about my experience with Rosebank College. I completed my course 2025 and still haven't received my letter of completion despite submitting all required docs. My fees are all paid off. The lack of communication and delays are really frustrating.ST***2 BEI4

I got the letter that has no stamp.what do I have to do now with a letter without school stamp…this is no good

Rosebank college is so ***********.The only time the will attend to you is when you owe them money.i requested a letter of completion that has stamp because I want to apply but they gave out the one without stamp what will I do with that.This is really frustrating.I am not happy with their service.ST***2.BEI4
