Complaint about the Financial Manager

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Rosebank College, particularly from Financial Manager Winstonia Boesak. As a GCRA student, I was expecting a smooth experience with receiving my meal and book allowances. Our student accommodations haven't been paid since the beginning of the academic year, and our access to our student residential has been revoked by the managers.

Winstonia Boesak consistently changed the dates for distributing allowance, leaving me and fellow students uncertain about when we'd receive our funds. This lack of transparency and communication was frustrating and stressful.

To make matters worse, we were told we will get book allowance as cash as the year is almost over, I was slapped with a 20% cancellation penalty from Wizebooks without being informed about this policy. As a bursar student, I believe it's essential to clearly communicate such terms to avoid unexpected deductions.

I hope Rosebank College takes steps to improve their financial management and communication processes to prevent similar experiences for future students.
