Clarification on Outstanding Balance
I would like clarification regarding my account balance.
My previous statement reflected an outstanding balance of approximately R4,766.60 after my payment of R41,500 was allocated. However, the updated statement now shows a Total Due Now amount of R10,256.10. And a closing balance of R26 719.60
I have tried sending emails to the provided email address (***) but have not been successful. Email bounce back as unsuccessful. Could you kindly explain how this amount was calculated?
