Chosen Nyagi

I have been having issues with my HURM5211, which is a first year module, and have been trying to them corrected since 2021. My second year Marking 2A results were also incorrectly captured. I have been trying to get marks for both modules fixed with no luck. Today I went to client service to go attempt at getting them fixed again, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Mr. Chosen. He took his time in understanding my query and went thr extra mile in ensuring that my marks were fixed and correctly captured before I left. It didn't take him long to get them fixed, and I am very happy with the service that I received from him, it was impeccable. I am happy that all my marks have been fixed and correctly captured.
