Changing courses ?

I went to Rosebank college on 19 Jan 2026 to change the course I app**** for from BCom to BCom in digital marketing everything was done and I was told I have successfully changed the course,but on the 23 of Jan 2026 when I went to register ,the still was no change at all and I have already payed for the registration fee for the BCom in digital marketing course I was told they will fix it ,I have emailed them but I haven't gotten any response. To confirm that I have changed the course and when should I come for orientation? (First year student)
