Certificate request
I have repeatedly requested my certificate by logging support tickets through the system, but each time my ticket is marked as “resolved” without any actual resolution or response. This has been an ongoing issue, and it is extremely frustrating to see requests being closed without any communication or action taken. I still have not received my certificate, nor have I been given any explanation or timeline. I would appreciate it if this matter could be properly addressed instead of being prematurely marked as resolved. Please ensure that my request is handled and that I receive clear feedback on the status of my certificate.
