Certificate printing from head office

I tried to contact the campus on *** and that number never takes me to the right campus (Sunnyside, Pretoria). I then contacted the facebook page then they gave another landline which finally got me through. I first spoke to a lady to request my certificate and she took my details and told me that it wasn't at the campus but she will order it to be printed and let me know when I can go fetch it. She said it would take about 2 weeks and that was in February. I waited for her call but she never called and I unfortunately didn't get her name. Then a month later I phoned again and spoke to someone else by the name Celia. She also promised the same as the first lady but I am still waiting and it's almost 2 months now. I asked if they can send it to another campus but they refused. I tried phoning them again today and the phone has been ringing the whole day no answer. I need my certificate
