Certificate

<p>Rosebank college...their service is pathetic. I have been requesting for my certificate since April and they are not responding to my emails. Firstly they need a new receptionist, she dropped the call on my ear. I have been contacting Duncan Mogale via email for my certificate and he is not responding to my emails. I am in desperate need for my CERTIFICATE!!!!!</p>
