Cant get hold of anyone

I tried to apply to study at Rosebank College. The payment gateway "PayU" took payment and then did not finish loading. Money was taken but no confirmation of receipt given. The agent rep said that he could not see the payment on the application when I managed to get hold of someone and said he would follow up.

For the last week I have: - Tried contacting via webchat multiple times over many days but get "high call volumes" and no chat agent. - Tried emailing the rep assigned to my application and have not heard back for a week and no response to my emails. - Tried emailing "drsenquiries" listed on the website and email gets bounced. - Tried contracting via Whatapp, no response. - Tried phoning in and after 40 seconds the call just ends.

Not a great start to an application at RC.
