Cancellation of studies and Refund

I have cancelled an enrollment for my daughter on the 03/02/2025 for health reasons which I have briefed in the cancellation letter. I have not received any response regarding the refund, when contacting the Mbombela satellite, I am taken from Piller post.

This seems to be a story hence I was requested ID copies, the child's application number and all were provided. I called *** earlier this morning, was told to contact Finance directly via a number which is not answered (attempted twenty times). The initial number is also no longer answered.

All requested documentation were submitted. No feedback, no refund and calls not answered!
